Inline, between the press and the conveyor
The camera mount goes between the press or forming station and the outgoing conveyor. The edge unit classifies each part before it leaves the station, signaling a pass, flag, or fail to your PLC reject mechanism. No operator involvement until a defect threshold is breached.
